Unauthorized group use may result in termination of access without refund.

5. Participant Conduct

Participants agree to engage respectfully with instructors and other participants.

Disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior during workshops, coaching sessions, or within course communities may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. Coaching Sessions

Some programs include group coaching sessions.

Participants are responsible for scheduling and attending their sessions according to the program guidelines.

Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless otherwise specified.

Group coaching involves multiple participants. While we encourage respectful and confidential discussion, confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed.

7. Recording Policy

Course materials and coaching sessions may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without the express written consent of Current of Care.

If any sessions are recorded by the instructor for educational purposes, participants will be notified in advance.
